This exercise energizes and rejuvenates the female reproductive tract and tones the abdominal organs like pancreas, liver and adrenals. It emphasizes freer pelvic movement with controlled breathing.
- Sit in easy pose and grab the ankles.
- Inhale and flex the spine forward, keeping the shoulders relaxed and the head straight.
- Exhale and relax the spine back.
To end, inhale deep, hold it, apply root lock, then exhale and relax.
